No group classes are held on Sundays.

All classes are one hour, unless noted.
Please bring a towel - water and socks for pilates classes are optional.
Yoga mats available for use.

Please arrive a few minutes early to class.
Please avoid wearing heavy perfume or makeup and jewelry/zippers that may scrape the reformer machines.
Please make sure that your feet are clean, no sand please.
Please leave shoes outside before entering the yoga room.

Moving into Meditation - March 14, 21, 28, April 4 and 18.
This series of 5 workshops will have a weekly focus such as peace, faith, etc. The class structure will start with a light asana practice, breathing techniques, supporting mantra as well as use of visualization to create a atmosphere conducive to meditation. Vedic Chanting Group - On going
Chanting is one of the most powerful tools in Yoga, but should be done under the guidance of a teacher. This group is for anyone interested in learning how to chant the Vedas in the traditional way. Yoga Sutras Study Group - On going
One of the foundations of Yoga as it's practiced today, this group will meet once a week to discuss the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Students will also learn how to chant the sutras as well as the invocations to Vyasa and Patanjali. This study group is appropriate for teachers as well as students interested in taking their studies to a deeper level.
